3. Are the artworks original?
Yes. All works in the Original Art category are unique, signed by me, Natali de Paula, and include an invoice.
I also offer a Fine Art (Giclée) line — high-quality, limited edition reproductions on cotton canvas, with professional printing and exceptional durability.
4. Are the artwork colors exactly as shown in the photos?
Photographs are taken with professional equipment to ensure faithful representation. However, variations may occur due to:

5. How should I care for my artwork?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the total value of your order.
7. How are the artworks shipped?
Shipping is only done after full payment confirmation.
Each product includes specific shipping details in its description.
Most artworks are sent rolled, inside a reinforced cardboard or PVC tube, for safety — especially large-format pieces.
In special cases (like framed works), mounted delivery can be arranged via transport company, as specified on the product page.
8. Where can I receive my order?
Orders can be delivered to valid residential or commercial addresses.

9. How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on shipping method, destination, and order processing:
